  • Mild peripheral lymphadenomegaly
  • A third of the spleen is hypoechoic with striated structure and fluid filled cavities
  • A hypoechoic lymph node is noted by the spleen
  • Increased mesenteric fat echogenecity
  • A large amount of peritoneal effusion
  • Subcapsular hemorrhage
  • Lymphoma
