4 year old male goldendoodle dog

Intermittent severe vestibular signs and an MRI that revealed possible infarct.  Developed lameness and weakness in all four limbs; acutely worse and more uncomfortable in the right thoracic limb; pain and thickening on mid-humerus palpation
