Bay Area Veterinary Imaging of California is a small, self-owned group of Radiologists looking to expand it’s current team of four Radiologists. We have been an established name in small-animal veterinary imaging for 20 years in the East Bay Area and San Francisco peninsula. We have an accomodating veterinary client base who appreciates our services and supports our mobile ultrasound and telemedicine practice. We work with several busy specialty and emergency hospitals in the area, as well as many local general practices that have 1 to 6 doctors.

We are looking for a full-time, board certified (or eligible) radiologist with excellent small animal abdominal ultrasound skills and willingness to do general cardiology. We offer a flexible work schedule with generous commission-based compensation that can help make setting roots in the Bay Area a reality. We will handle your scheduling, billing, client communication and equipment needs.

The Bay Area has a fabulous year round climate with seemingly endless recreational opportunities including Napa Valley, Yosemite, Santa Cruz and Lake Tahoe all at your fingertips. Please contact Dr. David Detweiler at vetrad@gmail.com if you would like more information. Dr. Detweiler will be at the ACVR meeting in Reno if you would like to chat in person.
