Massachusetts Veterinary Referral Hospital, located in Woburn, MA, is looking for a full-time or part-time Radiologist to join our current group of four radiologists. You will be part of a well-established Diagnostic Imaging team with diverse high-volume caseload. The radiologists collaborate to provide a robust training program, currently made up of two residents and one intern. In addition to our house officer program, we regularly host a variety of trainees including rotating externs and specialty residents. The Diagnostic Imaging department is supported by six full-time technicians and one veterinary assistant. Partial teleradiology work is an option and serves all Ethos hospitals.
Our 36,000-square foot hospital, located 11 miles north of Boston, is home to one of the premier level 1 emergency and specialty centers in New England. We offer specialty care in Critical Care, Surgery, Neurology, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Ophthalmology, Oncology, Anesthesia, as well as a busy emergency service. The hospital also houses an in-house reference laboratory and a compounding pharmacy.
The hospital is well equipped including a GE 1.5 16-channel MRI, Canon Aquilion 64 slice CT, two Canon Aplio 700 ultrasound machines, one Canon Aplio 450 ultrasound machine, GE Vivid E95 ultrasound, two digital radiography suites, and a OEC 9800 C-Arm with complete vascular package. We provide state-of-the art reading workstations, voice dictation software, and utilize a fully integrated HIS-PACS solution to maximize efficiency in reporting.
We are looking for a board certified or board eligible Radiologist to support our hospital on a full-time or part-time basis. Flexible scheduling within the hospital and teleradiology hours available. There is no on-call expectation.
