All parameters WNL except positive left cranial drawer and tibial thrust and resistance to hyperextension of both stifles. Suspected mild positive drawer and thrust on the right as well. Referred to the orthopedic service
Left: Arthroscopy = cruciate and meniscal tears
Right: Arthrotomy = round mass associated with fat pad & partial cruciate tear
– Mass/fat pad were removed and TPLO recommended
Histopathology: Vascular Hamartoma
– Described in equine tendon sheath, canine scrotum
