Signalment: Feline,DSH, Female, Spayed, 16Yr 6Mo
History: P presented for vomiting and anorexia.
Physical Exam Findings: QAR, T: 98.6, P: 160, R: 24, BCS 2/5 skin tenting, dehydrated,gas filled loops on abdominal palpation. Drastically and rapidly worsening clinical state since admission.
What is your diagnosis?
Presumptive mesenteric ischemia from thromboembolic disease secondary to primary pulmonary neoplasia
