Signalment: Feline,DSH, Female, Spayed, 16Yr 6Mo
History: P presented for vomiting and anorexia.
Physical Exam Findings: QAR, T: 98.6, P: 160, R: 24, BCS 2/5 skin tenting, dehydrated,gas filled loops on abdominal palpation. Drastically and rapidly worsening clinical state since admission.
What is your diagnosis?
