PE:

  • T-101F, RR-panting, HR-120, mm-pink, moist, CRT<2s
  • Muffled heart sounds, no murmurs or arrhythmia’s noted
  • No other abnormalities
  • Pleural based masses and sternal lymph nodes.
  • The masses ended up being Histiocytic Sarcoma.
