  • Regional wall thickening
  • Loss of normal layers
  • No evidence of local peritonitis
  • Gastric ulcer resulting from inflammation, neoplasia or drug administration. No evidence of perforation
  • Gastroscopy with biopsy, laparotomy with biopsy, thoracic radiographs for metastatic disease, medical management
