What's Your Diagnosis?

  • Semicircular soft tissue mass, cranial and broad-based to the diaphragm. Dx: Focal diaphragmatic hernia (tendinous portion) with herniation of the falciform fat, mimicking a pulmonary/mediastinal nodule/mass.
