The ACVR Annual Grant Report Form must be submitted annually to Grants & Updates Dropbox by recipients of either a Resident Research Grant Award or a Diplomate Research Grant Award.
Please submit no later than July 31 for the Resident Grant Award or December 1 for the Diplomate Grant Award beginning the year following release of your funding.
Do NOT assume your Annual Grant Report Form was received. Email the ACVR Administrative Office (acvr@pamedsoc.org) to confirm that your grant report form was received successfully.
