By registering for this event and entering onto premises where it’s being held, each attendee understands that they may be exposed to and/or are increasing their risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19. ACVR protocols are only applicable during ACVR hosted events. Silver Legacy and surrounding attractions will have their own regulations and potential exposure risks separate from attending the ACVR meeting and events.
Attendees must comply with all health and safety guidelines put forth related to this event and accept that failure to comply with all safety procedures as laid out may result in loss of right to attend or participate in the Annual Scientific Meeting, including forfeiting any registration fees paid (this includes any accompanying guests).
Attendees should not attend the ACVR Annual Scientific Meeting if they are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 (including fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, runny nose, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea).
It is each attendee’s responsibility to ensure that any accompanying guests will be in compliance with any safety precautions set forth by ACVR leadership.
If you have registered for the In-Person Annual Meeting, but your circumstances have changed, please contact ACVR to transfer your registration fee to enduring materials.
If you have any questions, please contact acvr@pamedsoc.org.
